We are a proud co-sponsor of the Calabar Free Medical Outreach Program in Nigeria along with Love Without Borders, World Surgical Foundation and Calabar Women & Children’s Hospital.
Every year for the last decade the programme has brought top surgeons, doctors and nurses from around the world to south east Nigeria – where average income is just $50 a month.
This enables people in deprived communities to receive vital medical services they could not otherwise access.
In 2024 our CEO Sukh Chamdal learned about this amazing work – now Cake Box is an official corporate sponsor.
Through our sponsorship people with life-threatening conditions receive free medical interventions during nine-day missions – and also free medicine and food.
